The original refinisher said they would repair it under the limited warranty for a fee (the tub was chipped). Then they stopped returning her calls and the area was getting worse. I took care of the area by sanding back the chipped area as you will see in the video below. There were also some very minor stains (it smelled like aliphatic acrylic urethane paint when I sanded it) this urethane was not a good choice for refinishing. However, the customer did not know the difference and it looks great after completion. I chemically bonded a liquid porcelain polyester surface to the bathtub and blended out the area for her. She was very happy and very appreciative. She understood I did not refinish the entire tub (I charged her a disc
